Are your brownies individually sealed?
Yes, each brownie is heat sealed to ensure freshness. This means they can be frozen and will taste just as delicious when thawed out.
How long can I store my desserts?
Our brownies and brownies will stay fresh in their packaging for a week. They can also be frozen for two months.
Our macarons should be refrigerated and will keep for a week. They can also be frozen if you can restrain yourself from eating them all.
We recommend refrigerating our brownie chocolates as they are not individually sealed. They will also remain delicious for a week, and can be frozen.
Do you deliver outside of NSW?
We can only deliver an item interstate if your postcode is in an Australia Post Express Post delivery zone. This ensures that your gift will arrive the day after posting..
What are your postage fees?
We charge $12.95 per address¬†within the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Southern Highlands regions, and have a flat rate of $19.95¬† per address everywhere else in Australia (provided it is within the Australia Post Express Post delivery zone).
Can I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order from our weekly market stall at the Kiama Farmer’s Market,¬†every Wednesday¬†at Black Beach, Kiama. The market hours are 3-6pm during the winter months, and 2-5pm during winter. If you wish to do this, please select “local pickup” at the checkout, and select the date that you will collect your order¬†on our delivery calendar (this date must be a Wednesday and you must collect during market hours).
How much notice do I need to give for an order?
You can expect your order within 3-5 business days for orders. If you require your product on a specific date, please ensure to give us at least one weeks notice so we can arrange this. We endeavour to have your product arrive on your desired date, however we cannot guarantee this.
What are your macaron flavours?
We currently bake: lemon, raspberry, passionfruit, chocolate, jaffa, pistachio, rose & lychee, mint choc chip, salted caramel, vanilla bean, oreo, malteser and mars bar.
What if I want a specific flavour of macaron in my gift box?
We mix and match our macaron flavours in each gift box. If you want a specific flavour or flavours please write this in the comment box at the checkout. Alternatively call us on: (02) 42 323 983 and let us know once you have placed your order.
