It is the customerâ€™s responsibility to ensure that all contact information, including delivery location, personal details and requested date is correct. Once an order has been placed you will be sent a confirmation email. Please notify our staff immediately if any of the information on this invoice is incorrect. Failure to do so may result in additional charges if rectifications are required.
All transactions are processed in AUD (Australian Dollar)
We deliver products Australia wide by courier. Our shipping charge is $14.95 flat rate Australia wide per address. Delivery within the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Southern Highlands regions is $12.95 per address. Separate transactions will reset the shipping calculator. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order before checkout.
Customer Service Policy:
Brownie Bliss is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
If your order does not meet your expectations then please contact us immediately by phone and email. Â Refunds may be provided if we are not able to provide a solution.
Changes to order:
Please contact us immediately if you need to change your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that this is not always possible if we are not given adequate notice.
We pride ourselves on using only the finest ingredients to provide top quality products for our customers, however our brownies and macarons are perishable in nature. We recommend consuming all products within 1 week to ensure their quality and freshness.
We do our best to make our products match the website images, however, on occasion colours or toppings may slightly vary from what is shown.
Please note that our products may contain nuts orÂ traces of nuts. It is the customerâ€™s responsibility to inform guests that nuts could be present in Brownie Bliss products. It is the consumers responsibility to check that they are not allergic to any ingredients. Brownie Bliss will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions as a result of consuming our products.
